The only difference is that it is limited to 3 movies and 1 show instead of the full library. This is the best way to confirm that the service works on your device and network before committing to a subscription.
General Principles
- Any payment is strictly for what it is intended to be. We will not ask for extra fees on top of what you already paid.
- Technical compatibility is the subscriber's responsibility to verify in advance. Our free sample exists specifically for this purpose.
- By placing an order you confirm that you have read and understood this refund policy.
When Refunds May Apply
- Because this is a digital service delivered immediately upon account activation, subscriptions are considered fulfilled once access is granted.
- Once fulfilled, Subscriptions cannot be downgraded, converted, or exchanged for a lower-priced or shorter-term subscription after purchase.
- Refunds are considered in the following specific circumstances:
- You were accidentally charged twice or billed incorrectly, or
- We are unable to deliver the service on our end.
- If you believe there is a billing issue or error, please contact us directly before opening a dispute with your payment provider. This allows us to resolve the issue quickly and directly.
Subscription Changes
- Subscriptions cannot be downgraded, converted, or exchanged for a lower-priced subscription after purchase.
- Unused time or remaining value from a subscription cannot be converted into credit, cash, or a different subscription level unless we specifically advertise or approve such an upgrade program.
- Any exceptions are made solely at our discretion and should not be considered a precedent for future requests.
